Conscious Leadership – in company training

“What is it that drives you, NOW? What makes this post perfect for you, NOW? How can you tell you’re ready, NOW?”Putting our development and growth within the frame of “ is by far an act of bravery and self awareness. In order to be a conscius leader, we need to begin with ourselves getting to know what our own values are and needs at this moment, in this time of my development, within this particular environment. Reframing our action with time and perspective makes us invincible and leads toward daring leadership. As Adam Grant puts it in his marvelous book “Think Again” there is nothing more courageous than accep ting our fallibility and acting accordingly. Being a badass leader means attentive listening and observing, means regular, brave self checks where am I, what do I want, why do I want this, no w and here? It also mean s that as a leader you promote this approach among your team members, en couraging them to look further, try harder, stay fearless. The main idea behind this workshop is to translate all the above into actions and schemes, transferrable to the realities of p articipants. It’s to give them tools and inspiration to put Richard Branson’s “care for your employees first” into practice. But it’s also about making you aware about who you are and how to tell your story, to yourself first.
