- A manager’s exposé (purpose and tips on how to do it) with a set of tips for those new to the company and those being promoted from the team. Leader sheet.

- Situational leadership according to K. Blanchard (management styles vs. employee development stage). Analysis of own teams.
- How to match the right management style to the employee?
- How to build good teams? – Long-term action to prevent team dysfunction (P. Lencioni).

- Basic principles of prioritising own tasks and tasks that support the team (D. Eisenhower matrix).
- The one-minute manager meets the monkey – how not to take work away from your team.

Module IV. Communication with the team and the individual
- Why can’t we give up on communication?
- The DISC model in communication practice with the team and the individual (good practice). Access paths.
