End of training. Review and repeat of the most important parts. The communication course ends with the development of individual action plans by the trainees. The interpersonal skills acquired during the workshop can be documented in the future with the help of our certificate.

Interpersonal training organized in stationary mode takes place in our company located in the center of Warsaw. “Interpersonal communication at work” training begins with verification of the needs and expectations of the participants, and its results are used to optimize the course program according to which the training will take place. Soft skills are trained for about 7 clock hours during a one-day training session. The standard soft skills training plan “Interpersonal communication at work” consists of 3 main thematic modules. The program of a specific training dedicated to interpersonal communication can be modified, if necessary, after the diagnosis of training needs carried out at the beginning of the classes. The training dedicated to interpersonal communication in the stationary mode ends with a summary of the most important content discussed during the workshops and issuing certificates confirming the completion of the course.
