We all speak. Sometimes without words. Sometimes with difficulty. Sometimes with fear. Especially when we are certain it’s public…
Whenever we know somebody’s watching or listening, we tend to become more aware of who we are…and who we are not to be precise.
Does it help? Well, it may as long as you know few things. This training is designed to develop the participants’ self-trust in order to allow them to become memorable speakers. The concept behind the work of these few hours is the belief that self-awareness, willingness to work on it accompanied with the understanding of the differences among those we talk to allows us to build a coherent message that gets to the hearts of the listeners. The tools presented during this training are to give the possibility create a speech step by step, taking into account several elements that influence the way we speak.

- Introduction, setting goals and needs of the participants as far as the storytelling is concerned.
- Approach I. Do you know how you are talking to people?
- learning about the qualities of a good speaker.
- bringing up the potential in every person according on their individuality.
- finding out what you need to create a speech worth remembering.
- Approach II. Do you know who is listening to you and why?
- learning the ways to get to know your audience.

- managing stress and the other attention-eaters,
- positive feedback and learning from each other.

The used tools shall be of varied nature, among others:
- coaching tools: working with values, goals, mission, beliefs,
- cognitive tools: logical levels, metaprograms, perceptual positions, mindmap,
- public speaking concepts: Ch.Anderson’s „Idea worth spreading, storytelling elements, working with voice production, communication channels.

Activity Based Learning
The training follows the Kolb cycle and the ABL method (Activity Based Learning).
Workshops
Participants take part in activating exercises preceded by the necessary theoretical introduction.
