To sum up the game, participants analyze: how they acted as a team, what made it easier for them to achieve the goal of the game and what made it more difficult? Did everyone understand the purpose of the game in the same way? How did each individual influence the course of the task?; Has a leader/coordinator or leaders/coordinators emerged? What would participants change in their actions if they were to play the game again? What would they recommend to another group that would play BINGO – what tips would they give?
The game prepares participants for exchanging observations and experiences regarding the everyday functioning of the team and defining the development goal for the team.
- VALUES. What is important to me at work within the team?
Facilitating the process of identifying individual values and developing team values, as well as defining behaviors and attitudes expressing these values on a daily basis at work, according to the method of Erick Bertrand Larssen.
- Culture Map
Facilitation of mapping the way the team operates on a daily basis according to the Stefano Mastrogiacomo method (High – Impact Tools for Teams).
The team will determine:
- Behaviors observed during the implementation of tasks.
- What result/result does a specific behavior bring in relation to e.g. cooperation, business goal?
- What does a given behavior activate and what does it block?
- Team Contract „In-out”
Facilitation of the process of building a cooperation framework according to the Stefano Mastrogiacomo method (High – Impact Tools for Teams).
The team, based on the values developed during the workshop and the Culture Map, jointly determines which behaviors and attitudes support cooperation in the team and achieving goals, are needed and accepted, and which are destructive/disturb effective action and do not build cooperation and would like to eliminate them from the everyday functioning of the team.
- Workshop summary:
Defining the development goal and action plan for the team based on the Team Alignment Map method: what kind of team do we want to be? When we will know that we have achieved our goal? How will we accomplish this? What do we need to achieve our goal? What can prevent us from achieving our goal and how will we overcome the difficulties that arise?
