The presented managerial training allows you to prepare for the role of a manager in a convenient and quick way without the need to travel to a training facility. The schedule, according to which online managerial trainings dedicated to team management are held, is one-day session mode, divided into several thematic modules. The course program includes lectures, case studies, presentations, case studies discussion and discussion panels, but it is primarily focused on individual and group exercises and practical improvement of managerial skills. Open managerial courses “Team Management” organized in stationary mode take place in our training facility, which is perfectly connected with the rest of Warsaw and located in the center of the capital. During the stationary training for managers in team management, all participants can freely use the modern infrastructure available in our center, and the workshops are conducted in comfortably arranged and spacious rooms. The fee for the stationary managerial training “Team Management” includes refreshments available during the coffee break and a two-course lunch served in a nearby restaurant. In the course of the managerial training dedicated to team management there are breaks during which the participants can eat a meal, drink coffee or tea or just relax for a moment.
The presented managerial training was developed as a practical workshop, in which the exchange of good practices and experiences and skills development play a key role. Therefore, the program, according to which online managerial training and full-time team management courses are held, is full of activating teaching methods and techniques and is focused on practical improvement of managerial skills. The training begins with the diagnosis of the needs of the participants and discussion of the objectives of the workshop. This stage allows the trainer each time to adjust the individual elements of the training program for the managerial staff “Team Management” to the actual needs of a particular training group and individual expectations of the participants.
