Building Collaborative Communication – in company training

This training course is based on the renowned Insights Discovery Psychometric Model. The Model identifies four color energies:  Cool Blue, Earth Green, Sunshine Yellow and Fiery Red and presents these on a Circle called the Insights Discovery Wheel. Each of us uses these color energies to varying degrees, though it is our unique ordering of the color energies that will shape our personal style, and it will be our preference for one color energy that will indicate our dominant or preferred style of thinking, working, influencing and communicating.

To experience the Insights Discovery system course participants complete a 25-frame evaluator. The output is a comprehensive Profile which presents a detailed picture of one’spersonal style and celebrates their uniqueness as an individual. This presents individuals with a unique insight into the impact of their personal style on their professional relationships, and illustrates how a heightened awareness of themselves and others can transform their results – and their lives! Throughout the training, we’ll be working closely with participants’ Personal Profiles. The Foundation Chapter of the Profile will be used.

The course is a real game changer and a must for everyone wishing to advance their communication skills and take their relationships with others to the next level.
