Gallup’s CliftonStrengths – in company training

CliftonStrengths is an online psychometric assessment that helps people discover their unique talents and natural strengths. It’s based on the work of Dr. Donald O. Clifton, who developed this tool to help people better understand themselves and others.

Donald Clifton’s theory is that people are innately born with certain talents—invisible characteristics that make them uniquely qualified to perform certain tasks. He believed that helping people build self-awareness and identifying these characteristics would help people find satisfaction in their work and achieve more success in life.

  1. Introduction -to CliftonStrengths®, we build an atmosphere of trust and safety. We encourage people to keep an open mind and embrace what they can learn from the experience, making our agenda and objectives clear from the onset.
  2. In this module we take a look at the strengths and blind spots of your team. This module builds awareness, increases the atmosphere of safety, and prepares attendees to harness their strengths for fulfillment, collaboration, and productivity.
  3. In this module we will discuss your team’s top ten strengths — as well as the strengths that appear least. Using this data, we will also identify the team members who will collaborate most effectively.
  4. This session is about creating commitments and planning a better path for your team. It will conclude with a working session in which we will identify tangible steps you can take to support one another and work collaboratively. This workshop helps participants understand their lesser dominant strengths.
